Ziegler Cooper’s 25,000-square-foot studio, located in the TC Energy Center in downtown Houston, was designed as an immersive “concept showroom” that showcases the latest in workplace planning and furniture innovation. Defined by dramatic 65-foot ceilings and an open, collaborative layout, the studio creates a dynamic environment where design ideas can be experienced in real time. At the center of the space is the “Great Hall,” featuring five glass-front partner offices and a flexible benching system designed to accommodate future growth. Museum-quality display walls, technology-driven team rooms, and a centrally located Innovation Lounge encourage collaboration, creativity, and client engagement throughout the studio. A continuous porcelain tile floor seamlessly connects the café and resource center, forming a versatile gathering space for firm-wide events and daily interaction. The studio also achieved LEED Gold Certification (CI v2009), reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable and high-performance design.
