Highlights of the project include exposed ceilings along the entire border, full sheetrock ceilings throughout the central areas of the space, polished concrete floors, DIRTT demountable fronts and demising walls at all rooms, and a new set of restrooms. One of the major challenges faced was confining essentially all new MEP infrastructure within the interior sheetrock ceilings to maintain a clean look along the exposed ceiling sections. The project team included AMB Architects and Infinity MEP+S Engineering.
