EBE Electrical Mechanical Consulting Engineers Edit Project 40c4cce0-091d-4335-b9e9-c866b3078fcd Brown & Gay Engineers (BGE) - Executive Level Headquarters ONYX Constructors recently completed the executive-level build-out of BGE, Inc. (Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc.) headquarters on Level 5 North at One Westchase Center, located at 10777 Westheimer Road in Houston. The 23,983-square-foot project was delivered on an accelerated 10-week schedule, showcasing efficiency without compromising quality. The scope of work included a welcoming reception and conference suite, complete with a mail room and coffee bar, as well as fully renovated and expanded restrooms featuring new tile finishes, wallcoverings, partitions, and modern vanities. A large break room with banquette seating was added, along with reconfigured office layouts highlighted by full-height glass fronts and premium finishes throughout. Offices were thoughtfully placed along the building’s curved perimeter to maximize daylight and panoramic views, creating a bright, engaging work environment. Additional copy, print, and work rooms were integrated to support daily operations and improve overall workplace functionality. The project was completed through close collaboration with English & Associates Architects and EBE Consulting Engineers.
