ONYX Constructors successfully completed a new office build-out for a private real estate investment firm in Houston, Texas, delivering 2,291 square feet of thoughtfully designed workspace within a boutique office environment. The project was developed to support the firm’s growing management operations while creating a professional setting that balances functionality, comfort, and refined design. The high-end interior features a custom reception desk that establishes a strong first impression, complemented by a striking wood veneer portal that adds warmth and architectural character to the space. Additional design highlights include wood flooring throughout key areas, large-format acoustic ceiling systems, decorative gypsum ceiling elements, and a spacious break room enhanced with custom built-in millwork. Private offices were designed with integrated shelving and storage solutions to maximize efficiency while maintaining a clean, sophisticated aesthetic. The result is a polished and highly functional workplace that supports the firm's continued growth while reflecting its commitment to quality and professionalism.
