ONYX Constructors proudly completed the expansion of Grid United’s office at Jones on Main, creating a modern workplace that promotes collaboration, flexibility, and long-term growth. The project involved a comprehensive interior build-out designed to balance contemporary industrial aesthetics with highly functional workspace solutions. Key design features include exposed ceilings with custom-painted MEP systems, sleek linear LED lighting, and polished concrete floors enhanced with integrated wayfinding elements that guide movement throughout the office while adding visual character. These design components work together to create an open, energetic environment that supports both individual productivity and team interaction. A major focus of the project was the coordination and integration of exposed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
