​Schaffer Mechanical, Inc. is a fully staffed organization complete with design, fabrication, parts, and equipment facilities in addition to an Emergency 24 Hour Service Department and a large fleet of service vehicles. Our bonding capacity is capable of meeting the requirements of the largest Residential and Commercial projects. We have completed Low, Mid, and High Rise Multi-family Apartment projects, Retirement Communities, Student Housing projects, and Commercial projects with individual contracts in excess of 3 million dollars. In May of 2007, for the second year in a row, we were proud to be named one of Houstons top 100 Small Businesses by the Houston Business Journal.
