Founded in 1952, Texas Lawn & Sprinkler Co. began as a company primarily focused on irrigation. In 1980 Jerry Mouton Sr. bought Texas Lawn & Sprinkler Co. from owner and founder Arnold H. Pickett and expanded the scope of the business to include landscaping and lawn maintenance. He hired a full time landscape architect and the company grew and thrived.
