Provident General Contractors was recently started by PRA Construction in order to handle third party projects. Our preconstruction process focuses on four phases of the construction process: conception, planning, constructability, and completion. Our first step with new projects begins with planning. Our due diligence is optimized by utilizing building information modeling (BIM) technology. From there the construction precedes a more predictable path with fewer obstacles. This provides added value to the project by reducing risk, shortening project duration and minimizing cost. PRA Construction was established in 2004 due to Provident Realty Advisors growing need for high quality, reliable and cost-effective construction services. Provident General Contractors creates successful, long-lasting partnerships with our developers by providing the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty and timeliness. Our services include site analysis, multiple budget scenarios, feasibility studies, value engineering, pre-construction and development services. Because of our relentless focus on budgets and timelines, we consistently deliver projects that exceed our customer’s expectations. In 2016, we have grown to over $300 million under contract in multiple states. Our projects includes multi-family, mid-rise, mixed-use developments, senior living, retail, historical renovations, storage facilities and stand-alone ER’s.
