Formed as a corporation in 1998, Gonzalez Newell Bender staff and associates have worked together for over 25 years through the auspices of Bender Associates. Through that association, we have designed over 100,000 + units of all types of housing from low-cost housing to luxury housing and from single-family to high density multi-family housing. Our work includes new and rehabilitated multi-family housing, single family subdivision housing, industrial, commercial and residential land planning, medical, assisted living, church, office, and retail center design.
