Kuo & Associates, Inc. (KUO) is a Texas corporation, incorporated in 1985, providing civil engineering and surveying services in the greater Houston area and surrounding cities. Our office is located in the Westchase area of Houston at 10700 Richmond Avenue, Suite 113. The firm has a highly qualified staff of thirty five experienced and dedicated professionals including six registered professional civil engineers, two Engineers in Training, four registered professional land surveyors and one surveyor in training experienced in project management, surveying, design, and construction.
