Founded in 1896, Pavarini is proud of our successful 118-year history, and we remain at the forefront of the construction industry by adapting to the changing marketplace while remaining true to our fundamental commitment to quality construction and client satisfaction. Today, more than 70% of our business stems from existing clients, which we support across the northeast region from our offices in Stamford and Hartford, CT. We provide complete services from interior fit-outs to new building construction encompassing out-of-the-ground greenfield and brownfield construction, renovations, expansions, infrastructure rehabilitation and modernization. We provide all preconstruction services such as site selection analysis, due diligence, preliminary budgets, scheduling and constructability reviews. In the last 16 months alone, we have successfully completed a variety of projects from the headquarters for the rapidly growing apparel company Vineyard Vines to the complete renovation of PepsiCo’s expansive and historic corporate campuses in Purchase, NY. Pavarini became an integral member of the Structure Tone organization in 1996.
