Tribble & Stephens was founded with a vision that a general building Contractor could operate successfully by negotiating construction services to the private construction industry. The vision incorporated a delivery system for construction that would be cooperative as opposed to the adversarial situations created by traditional lump-sum bidding. Representatives of the Owner, Architect, and Contractor would compose a construction "team" who would work together to produce an optimal project considering the priorities of schedule, budget, and quality. This “team” approach has prevailed throughout our history as the predominate delivery system and cornerstone of our success.
