Since our founding in 2006, MSF Electric, Inc. has wired hundreds of projects, representing tens of thousands of apartment units for many of the nation's largest multifamily developers. From the initial design and/or budget phase through final inspection, we will work closely with your project team to achieve all of your goals. MSF Electric's multifamily work includes urban or suburban, garden style or high density projects (podium style, wraps, mid-rise, etc.). Our services include site work, building wiring, light fixtures, specialty systems, and more. We also provide design-build, design-assist, and traditional construction services.
