GWS Services is a multi-scope subcontractor providing installation for brick, CMU, stone, thin brick & stone, stucco, pavers and EIFS. Recently we started installing Nichiha products , a new fiber cement cladding that has taken all that’s great about fiber cement and engineered it into a rainscreen system that stands alone in the commercial construction universe. The product offers state of the art quality, durability and a time-saving installation system with an ever-expanding selection of finishes and textures. This wide range of services is a result of President, Greg Schoener’s prior experience as a supplier. While marketing these products to the architectural community he became knowledgeable about the industry, product applications and ultimately the value of economies of scale. This wealth of knowledge obtained during Greg’s tenure as a supplier has given GWS Services a significant edge over competitors. Affording him the ability to assist General Contractors throughout the Greater Houston area unlike any other competitor. Working with General Contractors in the initial stages of a project to provide them the most economical option without sacrificing service, product or quality.
