ONYX Constructors completes 11,438-square-foot Jones on Main Level 16 Spec Suite

ONYX Constructors is proud to announce the completion of the Jones On Main Level 16 Spec Suite, an elegant 11,438-square-foot contemporary industrial space that was demoed down to the bare structure, including all MEP elements, followed by a full floor build-out. Highlights of the project include exposed ceilings along the entire border, full sheetrock ceilings throughout the central areas of the space, polished concrete floors, DIRTT demountable fronts and demising walls at all rooms, and a new set of restrooms. One of the major challenges faced was confining essentially all new MEP infrastructure within the interior sheetrock ceilings to maintain a clean look along the exposed ceiling sections. The project team included AMB Architects and Infinity MEP+S Engineering.
